S2000 Rehabilitation Documentation

Software for recording rehabilitation activities

S2000

S2000 enables the recording, description and documentation of all rehabilitation activities before, during and after rehabilitation. For each work step, images and video sequences with overlay can be captured and added to a report. S2000 thus provides an optimal overview of the rehabilitation work performed and serves as documentation for the client. Virtually all rehabilitation systems available on the market are supported.

Workflow

As with conventional TV inspection, the rehabilitation engineer describes their work steps using a catalog. For each work step, images and video sequences including overlay can be captured or imported. Any data such as curing times, temperature, materials or quantity information can be recorded via user-defined documents. Additionally, it is possible to display inspection reports or previously completed rehabilitation work as a reference report during recording.

Master Report

An overview of the completed rehabilitation is provided by reports, graphics, image sheets and measurement lists. Since individual rehabilitation steps are sometimes carried out with different vehicles, multiple vehicle reports can be combined into a master report. In this way, a clear summary of projects and rehabilitation work is obtained.

Mobile and Office

The software can be used both in the vehicle and in the office. With S2000, the inspector records and documents the activities of the rehabilitation vehicles. Via K2000 Office, rehabilitation data can be prepared in the office and subsequently managed and evaluated. Diagram S2000
