Classification and Assessment

Defect classification enables a standards-compliant assessment of individual defects. Depending on the selected standard, one or more defect classes are automatically assigned to each defect. The condition assessment is based on the classification and calculates an evaluation for an entire object based on the individual defects. For example, the need for action for all sections, pipes, manholes and properties in a sewer network can be easily determined. In LP2000 and GS2000, objects are displayed in color depending on their assessment.
